In my time at the Department of Health and Human Services, I’ve watched budget cuts hurt the hardworking people of our community. Cuts my opponent voted for. I’ve watched my neighbors struggle without the support they need. Support our taxes pay for. And I’ve seen couples so afraid of our reproductive laws that they’re deciding not to start a family.
I know we can do better.
